Challenge:

AmCap supported a large, distributed network of branches and loan officers that required high-volume, fast-turnaround marketing materials—while maintaining strict brand and compliance standards.

Key challenges included:

  • Managing marketing requests across 120+ branches and 400+ loan officers
  • Producing presentation-ready materials under tight deadlines
  • Ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all deliverables
  • Supporting ongoing campaigns, events, and communications without bottlenecks
  • Balancing speed with quality in a highly regulated environment

My Role:

Assistant Brand Manager & Marketing Execution Support

I supported AmCap’s brand and marketing operations by managing high-volume requests, building repeatable systems, and delivering compliant, presentation-ready materials across digital and print channels.

What I did:

  • Managed internal marketing request workflows across branches and loan officers, prioritizing volume and turnaround time
  • Designed and produced event flyers, digital ads, and promotional materials tailored to local and regional needs
  • Supported email marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution
  • Assisted with print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance
  • Supported social media content, contributing to ongoing brand visibility
  • Assisted with Google Ads campaigns, supporting paid marketing initiatives
  • Developed and maintained branded templates for proposals and presentations, reducing manual formatting and review time
  • Performed QA and compliance checks to ensure all materials met brand and regulatory standards
