I supported AmCap’s brand and marketing operations by managing high-volume requests, building repeatable systems, and delivering compliant, presentation-ready materials across digital and print channels.
What I did:
- Managed internal marketing request workflows across branches and loan officers, prioritizing volume and turnaround time
- Designed and produced event flyers, digital ads, and promotional materials tailored to local and regional needs
- Supported email marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution
- Assisted with print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance
- Supported social media content, contributing to ongoing brand visibility
- Assisted with Google Ads campaigns, supporting paid marketing initiatives
- Developed and maintained branded templates for proposals and presentations, reducing manual formatting and review time
- Performed QA and compliance checks to ensure all materials met brand and regulatory standards
