Challenge:
Austin Together needed a clear, cohesive brand presence and website that accurately reflected its mission, values, and programs. Existing materials lacked consistency and structure, making it difficult to communicate effectively with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
Key challenges included:
- No consolidated brand system to guide messaging or visuals
- An outdated or underdeveloped website that didn’t clearly communicate purpose or impact
- Need for a scalable foundation that could grow with the organization
- Limited internal resources to manage branding and web execution
My Role:
Brand & Digital Lead
I owned the project end-to-end, leading brand development and website execution—from strategy and structure through design and launch.
What I Did:
- Developed a brand guideline to define visual identity, tone, and messaging standards
- Established brand foundations to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints
- Planned and executed a full website build, including structure, content flow, and page hierarchy
- Wrote and refined website copy to clearly communicate mission, programs, and value
- Designed page layouts with usability, accessibility, and clarity in mind
- Coordinated launch-ready assets to ensure the site was easy for the organization to manage post-launch
- Delivered a scalable digital foundation that could support future growth and updates
